Abstract：The resettlement of the Three Gorges Project is a complex social systemic engineering.It must be carried out under the guidance of a correct resettlement strategy,and we must map out iys objective system and be relevant to target standards as the basis for practising.The way out for the resettlement of the Three Gorges Project depends on sustainable development of the reservoir area.
